Email Campaigns
Email that drives recalls, reviews, and rebookings.
Your patient list is an untapped goldmine. We build email campaigns that reactivate lapsed patients, promote treatments, and drive recalls, keeping your chairs full without spending more on ads.
Why this matters for your practice
You have spent years and a lot of money earning your patient list. Yet most practices let it sit untouched while they pour budget into finding brand new patients. The people who already know and trust you are the easiest bookings you will ever get.
We build email that brings them back. Gentle nudges for patients who are overdue for a recall, friendly reminders about treatments they once discussed, and the occasional update that keeps your practice top of mind. None of it feels like spam, because it is genuinely useful and clearly from you.
The result is a steady stream of rebookings and accepted treatment plans from patients you already have, which means more production without spending another dollar on ads.
How we work
Organize your list
We clean and segment your patient list so the right message reaches the right person at the right time.
Build the flows
We set up recall reminders, reactivation sequences, and treatment follow-ups that run quietly in the background.
Send with care
We write and design emails that sound like your practice and give patients a clear, easy reason to book.
Measure bookings
We track opens, clicks, and most importantly the appointments each campaign brings back through the door.

General & family dental practice
Southeast Edmonton, Alberta
The situation
A newer practice opening into a crowded trade area with roughly 45 other dental clinics nearby. Zero Google reviews, no ranking presence for local search terms, and a patient pipeline that depended almost entirely on walk-ins.
The approach
We rebuilt the Google Business Profile from scratch, put a review generation workflow into every patient visit, and built out local SEO pages by service and neighborhood. Paid search and social were tightly geo-targeted and optimized for booked appointments, not clicks or impressions.
The outcome
264 new patients booked over 12 months, reviews grew from 0 to 249, and the practice now ranks on the first page for its highest-value local search terms. Estimated lifetime patient value from the engagement sits at roughly $792,000.
One specific example
Month three, "emergency dentist Southeast Edmonton" was showing zero impressions in Search Console. We rewrote the Google Business Profile description and built a dedicated emergency-appointments page targeting that exact phrase. By month six it was generating 4 to 6 booked appointments a month on its own, verified against the call-tracking number on that page.

Common questions
Will patients see this as spam?
Not when it is done well. We send relevant, well-timed messages that read like a note from their dental team, and we always make it easy to set preferences.
Do you work with my existing patient data?
Yes. We work with the list and the systems you already have, organize it properly, and keep everything compliant with privacy rules.
How is this different from my PMS reminders?
Your software handles basic reminders. We add the strategy on top, reactivating lapsed patients and promoting treatments in a way generic system messages never do.
